Deflation mechanism

GEP mainly achieves deflation through repurchase and burning, which have the following sources:

Lottery/Grab bag revenue	80%
Game List（IGO）income	80%

80% of the repurchase fund pool is used to repurchase and burn GEP, and 20% is used to purchase Forth and permanently lock the position.
